Everything you need to know about submitting your ABC ID

How do I find my record?

Go to the Home page and enter your roll number in the search box. If your record exists in our system, your academic details will be displayed automatically.

What is an ABC ID?

ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits ID) is a 12-digit unique identification number provided to students. You first need to generate your APAAR ID via DigiLocker (see steps below), which then gives you your ABC ID.

How to Generate APAAR ID (Step-by-Step)

  1. 1 Download the DigiLocker app from the Play Store on your mobile phone.
  2. 2 Log in and complete your profile.
  3. 3 On the homepage, go to the Search option at the bottom.
  4. 4 Search for "APAAR ID, Delhi", select it, and fill in the required details.
  5. 5 Your APAAR ID will be generated and can be accessed under the Issued Documents section.
Important: Once generated, students must share their APAAR ID with their class coordinator.

How do I submit my ABC ID?

After finding your record, enter your 12-digit ABC ID in the provided field. You can also upload a screenshot or PDF as supporting proof. Then click "Power Up My Department" to submit.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your ABC ID is stored securely and never displayed publicly on dashboards or leaderboards. Only masked information (last 4 digits) is shown. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

How do I check my submission status?

Go to the Check Status page and enter your roll number. You will see whether your submission is verified, pending, or requires correction.

What if my ABC ID is rejected?

If your submission requires correction, you will see the administrator's remark explaining the issue. You can then resubmit your corrected ABC ID from the Home page.
